The most essential motive for leadership is expert organizations is more or less managerial. Leadership is needed to enhance feelings of control in the organization. This is done by producing clear, understandable goals with reasonable amount of challenge and promoting appropriate interaction between people and groups.
Management group concentrates on structures, agreements on a general level and systems keeping the well-fare and the goals of the whole organization in mind. Individual leaders concentrate on individuals and their ability to stick to the primary task and follow the rules of procedure and help to improve the interaction case by case when needed.
